For everyone who attended our first ever ECE Nite, well this theme could have probably caused your noses to bleed continuously! Well that's how ECE students think. Ambitious, right? Sometimes it just really feels good when we are able to create something really unique... something we woudn't probably hear from other students in our school. But what really amazes me is the fact that the thought of our theme is not really that difficult to understand, its just hidden so that only certified ECE students could contemlate on what its real meaning and someone outside our circle would still have to use ten Dictionaries and consult some experts just to get its thought(char!).
To amplify is simply to make it stronger, just like when we amplify small signals so that these signals can be used or can be treated. On the first place why do we use amplifiers?
Well-balanced is something everyone could understand, but modulated is something only for ECE students vocabulary...hahaha... What is modulation by the way? When we say modulate, that is simply giving a signal a shape, that is giving a signal its limits. So when we say its modulated, we must know that it has its proper guidance, it has its right motivation and responsible actuations.
'Asymptotic to Infinity' (courtesy of Lino Balanquit, Mark Gullan and Co.) is a phrase not everyone hears everyday. So now let us have a liitle review on our Mathematics subject. When we say an asymptote, we are referring to a line, a ray or anything of the like that approaches a point, a plane, a curve or any limiting factor but does not actually reach that limit. And when we say infinity, we are simply reffering to the point of nothingness, forever, universe etc. So the next time you hear that phrase, keep in mind the thought of living 'till the end of time. There is no such thing as forever because we all know that we will all vanish. But this phrase would always remind us that we will stand together for as long as time permits us until we all die. "Unity Asymptotic to Infinity!"
At the end of it all there is only one thought that remains no matter how difficult it is to understand our unique theme; we are ECE students and we must work as one and love one another(char!) , for united we stand united we fall! hahaha
